Training and employee motivation were the central points of this event in the Estrel Hotel Berlin for the customer.
The aim was to unite more than 3,000 participants under one strong roof on 4,000 m² and to generate a sense of community. This involved a sophisticated space and set decoration. An impressive truss dome 20 meters wide and 8 meters high was constructed specially for this event. We carried out all the development, the covering with fabric and wood as well as the installation of 8 colossal fabric sails. We also developed a corresponding light design to stage the elements impressively and create an unusual spatial atmosphere. In this case the customer not only challenged our professionalism and creativity but also set extremely high specifications with regard to timing due to the hall availability. We performed the entire set-up in two-shift operation to achieve the targets up to dismantling which was to be performed for the whole hall in one night shift. |
