DaimlerChrysler Service Conference 2006 "Focus on the customer; sights set on the top position" (Hans-Bahne Hansen)
DaimlerChrysler held a meeting together with 1,200 authorized dealers and service partners in the Estrel Hotel in Berlin from October 10-11, 2006. The aim of the various workshops was to improve customer satisfaction in the authorized repair shops.
Lleyendecker was responsible for the lighting and sound during the day and evening event on behalf of the Cologne agency, Planeffekt. 6 technicians were also responsible for the sound at the various "Breakout-Rooms".
The Lleyendecker team was on-site for 6 days including set up and dismantling from October 7-12, 2006.
